In 2014, our business grew to more than thirty transactions, and we realized that in order to continue to give our clients the best possible experience, we needed to add to our team, and Andrew Tamburello and Co was born.

Creating a team has allowed us spend more time focusing on each and every detail of a real estate transaction (and there are lot’s of them) and increase our efficiency, reduce our liability, and provide the best level of customer service and accessibility to our team as we possibly can; and we’re always working to get better at what we do.

I’ve been trading real estate for over six years now, and I’ve enjoyed the benefit of having growth in both volume and transactions in each of my years in real estate. I currently rank among the top 1% of Realtors in Southern Ontario, and I have numerous designations, including the Certified Negotiation Expert and Master Accredited Senior Agent.I focus primarily on listings because of the attention to detail that they require prior to listing, the amount of time needed to effectively market and show the property once listed, and to be able to stay accessible to my selling clients when they have questions.

I began working as an administrative assistant for Andrew Tamburello and Co back in 2014, and Andrew says I’ve been a huge factor in the growth of the team. In 2015, I became a licensed sales representative, and I now focus on working with buyers.I have a zest for life, and I like to think I’ve really mastered the ability to make buyers feel very comfortable and well looked after. This is highlighted in the fact that we bring the buyer in almost 20% of our listings.

Having a full time buying agent means that your home will always be accessible to buyers who want to see your property and our response time to online enquiries is extremely fast which is important in today’s real estate market.

From changing light fixtures to fixing leaks, I make sure that we have taken care of all the little things that buyers look at before our listings go on the market. This is important because every potential issue could mean money off of the price being offered on your home.I have a background in construction and design and my goal is to make sure our clients feel truly looked after.
